Honey Baked Ham for 200 Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45 lbs. of buffet ham pre-sliced to 1/4"
  • 5 tsp ground clove
  • 4 c honey
  • 10 c applesauce
  • 8 c brown sugar

Directions

In shallow hotel pans, shingle ham. Put cloves then honey then brown sugar and applesauce over ham. Cover, roast 325* in convection oven for one hour. Serve with scalloped potatoes or vegetables like squash or scalloped corn.

Note: Ham should be sliced before cooking, just shingle in pan.
