Scalloped Corn Recipe

Scalloped Corn Ingredients

  • 3 cans creamed corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sleeve saltines (crushed)
  • 1/4 stick butter (melted)
  • 1/8 cup milk
  • pepper to taste (avoid salt as saltines contain enough)

Directions

In large mixing bowl add corn, 1 sleeve crackers (crushed), eggs, butter, and milk. Mix well. Pour into baking dish. Put rest of saltines on top. Bake 350℉ for 1 hour.

Note: This is an excellent side dish for the holidays and is quite easy to prepare.
