Pork with Yellow and Green Beans Ingredients

Serves about 6-8 people

  • 6 pork chops cut in bite size pieces
  • 2 cans yellow beans, drained
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 qts tomato juice
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic granulated or chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter

Pork With Yello and Green Beans Directions

Use electric skillet or large frying pan on top of the stove, brown pork chops and onion together with butter and spices. After pork is nice and carmalized with onion, place in large sauce pan with tomato juice and beans. Simmer for about an hour. Serve over rice. Goes well with salads or fruit and warm bread.
