Apple Crisp Pie Recipe

Apple Crisp Ingredients

*serves 8-10℉

  • 6 tart apples, peeled, sliced
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp quick tapioca
  • dash salt
  • 4 oz. butter, melted
  • 1 c corn flakes
  • 2 c quick oats

Apple Crisp Directions

Apple Part

In mixing bowl combine apples, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, white sugar, salt, tapioca. Mix well and place in sprayed(nonstick) oblong glass baking dish.

Crisp part

In mixing bowl add corn flakes, oats, brown sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and butter. Mix well then spread over top of apples. Bake 350℉ for 1 hour. Great with ice cream or whipped cream.

Note: variations to this recipe are substituting other fruits with apples such as blueberries (4 cups), peaches
(4 cups sliced), cherries (4 cups). Follow the same steps as for apples.
