Easy Beef Stir Fry Recipe

Quick Beef Stir Fry with Fresh Vegetables, Served over rice with egg rolls and soy sauce. Beef Stir Fry is Healthy and easy for those in-a-hurry times.

Beef Stir Fry

serves 10-15

  • 3-4 lbs beef steak, cut in strips
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 1 carrot (large)
  • 1 green pepper
  • 4 oz. fresh pea pods
  • 2 c cauliflower
  • 2 c fresh bean sprouts
  • 1 c fresh mushrooms
  • soy sauce-to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ginger, ground or fresh grated

Directions

Clean and cut all vegetable in about 1″ squares in strips, carrots should be sliced thin. Mix all vegetables together. Have beef ready in separate bowl.

In large fry pan or wok heat pan with olive oil. When it starts to smoke (about450℉) put in a small amount of vegetables and ginger at a time, not to crowd. Stir fry until vegetables change color, add soy sauce to taste, remove from pan and place into serving dish. Repeat process. Cook beef in separate pan using same method.

Note: Serve with rice or fried noodles and cabbage. Egg rolls work well as a side too. Also fresh spinach salad is perfect too!
