Roasted Red Potatoes
Quick Easy Potato Wedges Recipe made from red, Russet, or sweet potatoes. Simply cut wedges, season,
and bake. Potato wedges are a great snack or side dish recipe for main entrees.
Potato Wedges serves 6-104 large potaoes
1/4 c butter, melted
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
Chef Frank's Seasoning
to taste
garlic to taste(granulated or fresh chopped)
Cut potatoes the long way into wedges(about 3-4 per
halve).
Place potatoes skin side down on baking sheet or dish. Brush with butter, then apply seasonings. Bake at 375*
for about 1/2 hour or until brown and tender.
Note: An easy side for any beef, chicken, pork, or seafood entree.
