3 lb lobster, steamed, cut in 1/2 6 c milk 1 c roux 1 tbsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 c chopped parsley 3 oz. parmesan cheese Heat milk for cream sauce, thicken with roux. Add spices, mix together with wire whisk. Place hot lobster on serving platter and pour cream sauce over. Serve. Note: Serve with any side dish and salad.
