Quick Easy London Broil Recipe, Marinate Brisket in Garlic and Italian Dressing Overnight.
London Broil is Excellent on the Grill or under the Broiler.
London Broil serves 10-12
3-4 lb flank steak
1 c Italian dressing
2 tbsp garlic (fresh chopped)
1 can beer or
1 cup wine
Lay flank steak in pan for marinating. Sprinkle on garlic then pour over dressing and beer or wine (or
both). Cover and let sit in fridge for 24 hours.
Place steak under broiler or better yet, on barbeque
grill and cook to desired doneness
(usually served medium rare)
Slice meat angled and thin. Serve with
any side and beef gravy.
Note: Great for picnics with salads, sweet corn or potatoes.
