Sirloin Steak Recipe Quick and Easy for the Barbeque Grill, top with Maitre d' butter while
grilling. Serve with any side dish. Great for back yard Barbeques.
Sirloin Steak
2 -3 lbs sirloin steak
1 med.
onion, thick sliced
1 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup beer or wine
2 tbs Maitre d' butter
Place
steak in a hot frying pan and seer for about 30 seconds on each side to seal in the juices. Then place on barbeque grill with
1/2 of maitre d' butter on top of steak and cook to desired doneness. Meanwhile place mushrooms and onions in same pan
and fry in 1/2 of maitre d' butter. When almost done flash with beer or wine and simmer until steaks are done. Serve with
any side dish.
