Quick Easy Guacamole Recipe is a favorite with Mexican Food. We use Fresh Avacados and Garlic. Guacamole is best on Fajitas, Nachos, Tacos, and any Mexican Entree. Guacamole serves6-10
2 avacado, peeled, mashed 2 tsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp minced onion 1 tsp chopped garlic 1/3 c tomato , finely chopped Mix all ingredients together, chill. Serve Note: Goes great with Fajitas, tacos and other Mexican delights
