Quick Easy Teriyaki Chicken Recipe with Homemade Teriyaki Sauce contains Pineapple and Soy Sauce.

Teriyaki Chicken
serves 4-6
2 whole chickens cut in 1/8's, fresh
2 c Teriyaki sauce
(see recipe below)
1 tbs. Chef Frank's Seasoning
Method #1 In large roasting pan, place
chicken, seasoning, and teriyaki sauce. Roast uncovered 375* for 40-60 minutes. Baste often. May be finished under the broiler.
Method#2 Place chicken in pot and simmer with teriyaki sauce for 40 or so minutes.
Remove chicken and place on barbeque grill. Baste with sauce. Grill both sides until desired doneness is achieved. Serve with
salads, rice or fruit
Note: If grilling outside, simmer the chicken in
the teriyaki sauce until mostly cooked. Then remove chicken from sauce and grill evenly both sides. Goes great with potato or vegetable salad or any side dish.

While barbequing in the back yard, or using the broiler on your oven.
Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tbsp veg. oil
1/4 tsp salt
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tbs corn starch
Place ingredients (except corn starch) in
sauce pan and simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes. Place corn starch in measuring cup and add 3 tbs water and mix. Add
to simmering sauce slowly while stirring until sauce reaches desired thickness. Use in suggestions above.
