Quick Easy Oriental Chicken Stir Fry Recipe is a ten minute prep, served over any rice. Fresh
vegetables and chicken stir fried at 450*. Chicken Stir Fry for a Quick Easy Dinner tonight!
Chicken Stir Fry serves 10-15 3-4 lbs chicken cooked, diced or stripped 1 bunch broccoli 1 onion 2 ribs
celery 1 carrot (large) 1 green pepper 4 oz. fresh pea pods 2 c cauliflower 2 c fresh bean sprouts 1 c fresh mushrooms soy sauce-to taste 2 tbsp olive oil ginger, ground or fresh grated
Clean
and cut all vegetable in about 1" squares ir strips, carrots should be sliced thin. Mix all vegetables together. Have
chicken ready in seperate bowl.
In large fry pan or wok heat pan with olive oil. When it starts to smoke (about450*) put
in a small amount of vegetables and ginger at a time, do not to crowd. Stir fry until vegetables change color, add soy sauce to taste, remove from pan and place into serving
dish. Repeat process. Cook chicken in seperate pan using same method.
Note: Serve with rice or fried noodles
and cabbage. Egg rolls work well as a side too. Also fresh spinach salad is perfect too!
